This website is owned and operated by smartpraimebd.xyz. We primarily sell products to customers via Facebook advertising, using a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model.
2. Order Process
- Orders can be placed by filling out the order form on the website or by contacting us directly.
- After you submit an order, our team will call you to confirm it.
- If we’re unable to reach you by phone, or if the order isn’t confirmed, it may be treated as cancelled.
- Providing incorrect information (name, address, phone number) may cause delivery delays or issues, and the customer is responsible for such errors.
3. Pricing & Payment Method
- All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- We currently support only Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is made directly to the delivery agent upon receiving the product.
- Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice; however, the price for an already-confirmed order will not change.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery typically takes [1–2] business days within Dhaka and [2–3] business days outside Dhaka.
- Delays caused by natural disasters, political situations, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
- If the delivery agent is unable to reach you at the provided address, or you don’t answer the phone, a redelivery attempt may be made, or the order may be cancelled.
5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
- We recommend checking the product carefully at the time of delivery, before the delivery agent leaves.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, contact us within [24 hours / 3 days] of delivery, and we will arrange an exchange.
- Used products, products damaged due to customer mishandling, or products without original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns based on change of mind or personal preference are not accepted unless the product is defective.
- Cash refunds are generally not provided; defective products are handled through exchange instead.
6. Product Quality
- We make reasonable efforts to quality-check every product before shipping.
- We try to keep product photos as close to the real product as possible; however, minor color differences may occur due to screen/display settings.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate name, phone number, and address when ordering.
- We reserve the right to stop accepting future orders from any phone number associated with repeated false information or repeated refusal of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of smartprimebd.xyz. Copying or reuse without permission is prohibited.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
